Issues that should be paid attention to when using CNC machining technology:


(1) For complex parts, due to various reasons such as thermal deformation during processing, internal stress after quenching, and deformation after parts are clamped, it is difficult to complete the entire process in one clamping. This Two or more clampings can be considered.

 

(2) Use a large-flow cooling method. In order to reduce the impact of the large amount of heat generated during processing on the machining accuracy, and to improve the tool durability, it is necessary to actively adopt a large-flow cooling method.

(3) Determine the processing content of the CNC machining base, determine the installation base surface, processing base surface, machining allowance, etc. of the workpiece, with the purpose of giving full play to the efficiency of the CNC machining base.

Organizational processing procedures.

 

(4) The process of organizing the processing should be based on the principle of starting from rough to fine. First, organize heavy cutting and rough machining, remove the machining allowance on the blank, and then organize the content that does not require high machining accuracy.
