How to make this hardware prototype? Let’s briefly describe these main steps.
Step 1: the drawing review department reviews whether each workpiece meets the processing requirements. If the CNC processing is not in place , it needs to communicate with the customer whether to modify the drawing or make other modifications;
Step 2: the programming department does the drawing programming and writes the CNC Processing program and tool selection, calculate the size of material required for CNC and prepare materials;
Step 3: Some burrs from the CNC machine need to be manually cleaned, check the CNC processing situation according to the drawings, carve the right angles that cannot be processed by CNC by hand, and perform preliminary work. Assembly;
Step 4: The polisher needs to smooth the CNC machining knife marks from coarse to fine with sand to avoid covering the knife marks after painting (powder spraying) and affecting the appearance quality;
Step 5: Printing part, plastic Oil spraying or silk screen printing, metal can be powder sprayed or oxidized, and then manually assembled to confirm it is correct.
Part 6: Professional quality inspectors will check and confirm that the products meet customer needs before final shipment.
