What are the main processes of painting treatment?
When making prototypes, there are many technological processes that are relatively complicated, but they are also not difficult for ABC Rapid's professional masters. Today, let’s talk about the main processes of painting?
1. Preparation:
Choose appropriate spray painting equipment and tools, such as spray guns, spray booths, spray booths, etc.
Prepare the prototypes that need to be sprayed, spray paints, spray painting equipment, spray masks, and other materials.
Make sure the working environment is dust-free and well-ventilated to facilitate the painting operation.
2. Topcoat selection:
Choose the appropriate topcoat according to the requirements of the prototype, such as glossy topcoat or matte topcoat.
3. Topcoat spraying:
Pour the topcoat into the spray paint utensil and spray it evenly on the surface of the prototype. Pay attention to the spray distance and spray speed to avoid dripping and wrinkling.
4. Drying and curing:
Place the painted prototype in a ventilated and dry environment and wait for the topcoat to dry. This process may take several hours to a day.
According to the requirements of the topcoat, you can choose to cure naturally or use an oven for curing to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the paint film.
5. Polishing:
For some prototypes, sanding may be required to remove unevenness or defects on the surface to ensure a smoother and more even paint effect.
6.Quality inspection:
After completing all steps, perform a quality check to ensure that the quality of the prototype spray paint achieves the expected results.
In general, when spray painting, you need to pay attention to safe operations and wear appropriate protective equipment, such as masks and gloves, to prevent inhalation of harmful gases or contact with harmful substances. In addition, relevant environmental protection regulations should be followed during the painting process to ensure the correct disposal of waste.
